How to manage or cancel donations
We are very grateful for your help. Regular donations are particularly valuable to us: this means that we have a steady flow of funds, which is crucial in emergency cases for our beneficiaries.

However, you can always change the amount or cancel your regular donations. This is all possible on your Donor Portal.

How to get there?

After each donation, you receive an email from Hilfeverein Advita e.V. Please do not move it to a bin without looking, because there is some information that can be useful for you.
If you scroll down you will see button "Go to Donor Portal".
This link will redirect you to your donor portal, where you will be able to change amount of your support (button "edit") or cancel your donation completely (button "cancel recurrent donation").
Also you can see the button "Download receipt". It enables immediate downloadinf a donation receipt with your name, date, amount and transaction number. This should be sufficient for a tax deduction.
